How does the market works?

Hi...

Today i will share with you guys about how does the market works & how we can make profit in the market?

Forex is a words that gets from Foreign Exchange which is there were a transactions of currency exchange in a global involving the bank institutions, retailers etc. And of course, there will be have a buying and selling transaction between these institutions. There will be have buyers & sellers to make these transactions.

Forex Market

A simple principle that can describes the market movements is when there were a lots of buyers, then the price will be going up and when there were a lot of sellers make the transactions, the the price will going down. That's why we can see in the forex market, the price were going up and down.

SO... How we can make profits in the market?

In forex market, we can make 2 ways transaction to make the profits either buy or sell.

In order to make profit when we make a buy order, the price must going up. Otherwise, we can losing our money/equity when the price goes down.

Same as when we make a sell order to the market, the price must going down to make the profits or you will lose your money.

But, what's good in forex market is, you only realized your profits/losses when you close your buy/sell order and you can hold your order position as long you still have your equity in your broker account until you close your order position in profit, then you make your profit. or else, you loss.

The Japanese Candlestick (CS)

Hi...

Here I will share with you some knowledges about Japanese Candlestick (CS) that you should know as a trader in forex/stocks etc that using Japanese Candlestick as a method to analys the price chart.

Japanese Candlestick have 4 elements that you should know.

  1. Open price
  2. Close price
  3. Highest price
  4. Lowest price

DOWNWARD CS

UPWARD CS

Got it???? What is that means?????

It's means for each candlestick you've seen in the chart, each candlestick represent what was happen during the timeframe period.

Let's say we take timeframe 1 HOUR (TF1H).....
Within that period there will be have open price at the moment the period started & close price in the end of the period. Within that period also, there will be have the highest price(hi price) & the lowest price(low)

As you can see in the picture above, Japanese Candlestick have 2 parts.
  • Body
    • Body will filled with colour which indicates the cs movement. eg, blue = (upward) & red = (downward)
  • Shadow
    • The longer shadow means how far the price try to make high/low
    • Some cs doesn't have shadow at the upper shadow/lower shadow & both upper & lower shadow.
