Today i'd like to share about Market Trend II.

How to know define major trend in market?

As discussed in my last post about trend, we already know that when the market is in uptrend there will be have a uptrend set (Higher High & Higher Low) and vice versa.

So, major trend is when you saw the trend which build a market structure same as what we discussed in last post, but in bigger scale....

For example....

There were a series of Uptrend (Higher High & Higher Low) & Downtrend (Lower Low & Lower High). These Uptrend & Downtrend movement created a bigger trend (Major Trend)

As you can see in Chart 1 above, I've labeled uptrend movement by using numeric (1,2,3,4,5,6...) and labeled downtrend movement by using alphabetic (A,B,C......)

These movements also creating a trend and we called it as a major trend. These major trends were very important for a trader to know the real trend.

Trader will use these major trend to know either the market are continues its trend or reversed.

Next post i will share with you guys how to know the continuous trend or reversal trend..
